We didn't receive these awesome awards just because we save the lives of old horses. It's because we share this unique facility with the community.
It is also a local place where you can have fun and make a difference! Tour the Sanctuary , enjoy the critters. Support this great organization, become part of the herd.
With many aging & disabled animals at the horse sanctuary, we have a particular appeal to the special needs community and veterans.
Seniors find it a treat to feed the animals or just enjoy being outside in the picnic area. The handicap accessible garden is an added treat for all.
Veterans who may struggle with fitting in after deploymen

Veterans who may struggle with fitting in after deployment, can come here and experience Communicating, Cooperating and Connecting with these gracious older horses.
Overall, this is a place of bonding, especially with your kids. Working together caring for the critters will become precious Memories in years to come.
This is also a place to recapture your youth and escape from reality. Exercise that is fun, lose weight and lower blood pressure while enjoying the great outdoors! If you had horses growing up and think it might be fun to hang out at the barn again come visit!
