Rainey

Rainey is beautiful Pinto mare in her twenties.  She had a traumatic riding experience years ago so her owner did not ride after that and she has been a pasture potato for years.  Rainey stands quietly for being groomed and loves carrots.  She would make a great project horse.

Lowman is an Off The Track Thoroughbred gelding who was rescued and put out to pasture, with his friend Leah,  years ago.  They were going to be put down because of their injuries but fortunately for them both STAT was able to take them in.  Lowman is a big boy but very affectionate and he needs a sponsor.  

Meet the most beautiful Maddie, a purebred Arabian mare in her 20's.  Maddie had a career ending hoof injury  and has been basically running free for many years.  We have started working with her and reminding her of previous training!  This is a very affectionate mare who would love to be someones project horse. Rosa is an old mare with a huge heart.  We don't really know her story except she came from a failed rescue and was going to be euthanized because no one wanted an old horse.  There is a wisdom and kindness in her eyes. Rosa needs A sponsor to brush and walk her.  This sweet, gentle soul wants to be your Best Friend.

At STAT we often take in other farm animals.  Like Ducks.  People get their kids cute little duckies for Easter not taking into consideration that they grow up and need proper accommodations.  Ducks are not affectionate like  dogs but they sure are fun to watch!  Feeding and caring for them is expensive, sponsor a duck

This is Mocha  one of our little goat residents.  She is very sweet and personable!  There are over 15 goats at the sanctuary currently.  Each goat costs about $50 p/month to feed and care for.  We sure need your help, please consider donating and volunteering. 

There are currently 6  pigs at STAT wanting Sponsors; Wompie, Keven Bacon, Mo, MaggieMae, Princess Piggy  & Penelope.  Piggies are very smart and make delightful pets until they mature and want to be pigs.  These guys were pretty much hand raised inside like a dog but when they hit adulthood, then they wanted to wallow
